Hoist Fitters
Job Role: Hoist Fitters
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, daily attendance required
Location: Redhill based, Surrey
Description: We are looking for people with experience of working on construction sites and working at height. You will be willing to learn the hoist trade, including working towards gaining NVQ 2 qualification in Hoist Operations. You will be responsible for installing and dismantling hoists on customer sites, whilst following safe working practices at all times. You will enjoy working outdoors in all weathers and be able to carry out a physically demanding role. You will have the confidence in communicating with site contractors and complete the necessary paperwork. Your ability to remain flexible and readiness to travel within a 3-hour radius to fulfil the needs of the business is also key in this role.
Full UK driving licence is essential and a valid CSCS card is desirable. Ideally, you’ll be based within a 30 mile radius of Redhill due to a typical daily start at 06:00.

Workshop Technician
Job Role: 47.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
Location: Redhill based, Surrey
Contract: Permanent, daily attendance required
Description: An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Technician to join our team and further their career in the hoisting industry.
As part of your daily duties, you will become the primary person to attend site breakdowns. You will also work in the workshop, checking, servicing and maintaining hoists returned from hire. You will prepare hoists for hire following a check sheet and carrying out the necessary tests. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced and demanding environment and be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be physically fit to carry out regular manual lifting.
Full training and a formal qualification route will be provided. Previous, extensive electrical experience is essential. We offer progression, competitive salary and benefits. In addition to paid overtime at 1.5 times’ pay and private healthcare cover from probation completion, we also provide 28 days’ holiday per year (including statutory holidays), PPE and all the necessary work tools.
